Savoury Puffs

We have been making our own puff pastry for a while now and have been eagerly waiting to try it in various savory applications. This will remind you of the good old Veg puff but so much better. We use all butter freshly laminated puff pastry for these Savory puffs and have used some beautiful & familiar flavour combinations for the filling.
Best consumed on the day of or if you are eating later, warmed up slightly in a low temperature oven.
